Caterers, Food and beverage services in Manila

Need to find a caterer for an extra special event?  Here are three of the Top Catering companies in Manila

Le Chef Catering

As the catering arm and owning company of The French Corner, Chef Billy King’s latest culinary undertaking is proving to be a smash hit. The genius behind it is none other than William “Billy” King himself, former executive chef of the Intercontinental Hotel, the well-loved Le Soufflé restaurant in Manila, The Alpha in Makati city and The Manor Restaurant at Camp John Hay in Baguio city. Known for his multi-cultural influences, King had wanted to become a chef since the age of nine. Trained under chefs from Switzerland and Ireland, King eventually began to cook for the The Chateau restaurant in London’s Intercontinental Hotel. After a brief stint in India, King settled down in the Philippines, taking with him years of experience, training, and age-old secrets from his European mentors. Today, Le Chef is considered a favorite amongst food and beverages services in Manila, catering intimate events like baptisms and wedding anniversaries to banquets and corporate parties for over a hundred guests. Rest assured, the King himself can be seen coasting from table to table at your event, making sure everything is up to his standards.
The Alpha by Chef Billy King is on the 6th Floor, Alphaland Southgate Tower, 2258 Chino Roces cor. Edsa, Makati City. Telephone: 310-5201 or 310-5614.

Cibo di M

After returning from Italy in 1986, Gaita Fores’ four month cultural immersion led her to begin doing catering jobs at small gatherings mostly for friends of the family willing to help out her venture in the culinary world. Using second hand silverware, china and equipment, Fores slaved over a hot stove getting the ins-and-outs of her mom and pop operation in full swing. As her profession of choice, Fores continued to beef up her reputation for a decade while allowing clients to flood in, until finally, her restaurant Cibo was born.

Currently with an entire commissary at the White Space warehouse in Pasong Tamo, Cibo di M (which stands for Food of Margarita) catering continues to wow its clients at every event—its signature dishes and quintessential Italian influence mixed with a flair of Filipino ingenuity has already become somewhat of an attraction for foodies at all sorts of events. From a wedding to a gallery show opening, Fores’ trendy yet classic dishes are always a hit. At present, Fores runs not only her catering service but the restaurants Cibo, Pepato and Lusso, the delicatessen line Gastrotecca, the food-delivery services called the Sostanza Healthline, and Flori di M, her flower arrangement company—which will, of course, take care of all those floral centerpieces at your next party!

For the party with traditional Filipino flair, Via Mare will always remain a top pick for party planners that want their guests to feel the comfort of a home-cooked meal, Pinoy style. As one of the finest, oldest and most-trusted food and beverage services in Manila, Via Mare is a veteran at catering buffet parties, receptions, conventions and private engagements—corporate or casual. Their world-class service, coupled with an exceptional staff trained to suit the most pedantic of guests, the well-appointed china, crystal and silverware, all make for an easy-breezy party planning experience that will definitely be hassle-free.

  2. I love the Le Chef Catering, good food and very accommodating staff but I found this expensive and not recommended to those on a tight budget. Still it is the best catering services in Manila
